We provide a full external conservatory cleaning service: roof panels, frames, guttering and glass, using pure water and specialised reach-and-wash equipment designed specifically for the job.

Conservatory roof cleaning

Conservatory roofs, whether polycarbonate, glass or tiled, quickly build up green algae, lichen, moss and general atmospheric dirt. Left untreated, algae can degrade polycarbonate and obstruct light. We use a pure-water, brush-fed system that thoroughly cleans every panel safely from ground level without any weight or ladder contact on the roof structure.

Glass and UPVC frames

All glass panels are cleaned with purified water, leaving a residue-free finish that dries spotless. UPVC frames, sills and ridge bars are brushed clean at the same time. Where frames have significant green staining we use an appropriate safe cleaning agent prior to the pure water rinse.

Guttering

Conservatory gutters are often neglected and can harbour a surprising amount of debris. We clear and flush all gutters as part of a full conservatory clean, or as a standalone service, see our guttering page for details.

Polycarbonate care

Polycarbonate roof panels are delicate and can be permanently scratched by abrasive cleaning. We only use soft brushes and pH-neutral solutions specifically approved for polycarbonate, so your roof is protected throughout.
