We provide a free, no-obligation quotation for all work. Prices vary depending on property size, access, frequency and condition, the guide below gives a general indication for typical domestic properties.
Window cleaning
Domestic window cleaning is priced per visit and depends on the number of windows, number of storeys and ease of access. As a guide, a typical 3-bedroom semi-detached starts from around £10-£12 per clean on a regular 4-weekly cycle. Larger or more complex properties are priced individually.
Pressure washing
Hard surface cleaning is priced by the square metre and the type of surface and contamination. A standard single driveway typically starts from £80-£120. Biocide treatment is charged additionally and depends on area.
Conservatory cleaning
Full conservatory cleans start from approximately £60-£90 for a typical lean-to or Victorian style. Larger or more heavily soiled structures are quoted individually.
Guttering, fascia & soffit
Gutter clearing for a typical semi-detached property starts from around £50-£70. Fascia and soffit cleaning is quoted per linear metre. Vacuum gutter cleaning on difficult or high properties is quoted on site.
Graffiti and adhesive removal
